At Amroz Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality, but if an issue occurs, we are here to help. Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, broken, defective, incomplete, or if the wrong product was delivered. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, minor color variations due to screen resolution, or items that have been used, worn, or reported after the allowed time.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. To start a return request, customers should email amrozjewelsofficial@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at 0320-9484654 with their order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item. Our team will review the request within 1–2 business days and provide further instructions if the request is approved.
If the same product is available, we will send a replacement free of cost. If the item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product or store credit. Refunds are issued only if the product cannot be replaced or if the returned item is received in its original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
